The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a quiet street yet just steps away from shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Pina, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. from fantastic restaurant recommendations to personalized touches like wrapping up chocolate cake for our train journey. Each morning's breakfast felt like a luxurious treat, with delicious food served in an elegant setting that set the tone for a wonderful day.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and I loved the delicious breakfast made from local ingredients. Plus, the lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and I really enjoyed the cozy game room too. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, Annex was beautifully restored, showcasing impressive architecture that adds charm. The space was quite lovely, and the unique stone staircase stood out, bringing a touch of history to the stay.
The apartment had noticeable insulation issues, making it easy to hear the neighbors, particularly early in the morning. The entrance was naturally dark, which made navigating the lovely stone staircase a bit challenging, especially at night. I also found the air conditioning unit in the bedroom to be a bit noisy and felt the coffee and tea supplies should have been replenished daily, rather than just upon arrival.

Couples' dream stay
We felt right at home here, everything from the beautifully decorated spaces to the friendly staff made a perfect ambiance for unwinding after our busy days. The breakfast was more than just a meal, it was like a feast of locally sourced delights served in a fine courtyard that kicked off our mornings beautifully.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but considering the quality, it was still reasonable.

Just a good pick for one night in Lucca with best value for money ratio. The atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Remember to check the stairs at night as they can be tricky to navigate.

Nestled in a tranquil side street, the location was exceptional, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. Breakfast featured delightful homestyle Japanese dishes, though the service could feel a bit too discreet at times, making it hard to get attention when needed. The rooms were elegant and well-maintained, yet the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, adding some inconvenience during my stay.

Perfect little getaway
We stayed for 5 nights and seriously loved every moment. The vibe is super chill, and the decor is stunning. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, like sending us off with packed lunches on our outings. Only thing was the Wi-Fi could be spotty sometimes.

Just a suitable option for a weekend jaunt in Lucca, great for the money. The staff were super helpful, even arranged a taxi for me last minute. Make sure to take note of the stairs before heading out in the evening.
